Help Wanted!

We need volunteers for:

* A Chairperson for the King County fair.  This would involve getting the quilt racks, getting quilts and hanging the quilts.

* Someone to design a new logo for the guild.  

* A Quilt Show Chairperson for the 2013 show.  We need someone to learn the ropes with the committee this year for a smooth transition next year.

* Volunteers to do demonstrations at the quilt show in October.  Be thinking of what YOU can do!

* Are you still working on the Quilt Challenge?  There are only 1.5 more months (mid July) left to finish your "Doorway to Imagination"!

Friday, April 20 - Crystal Quilters Workshop.  10 a.m. until ?? at the Mountain Villa Mobile Home Park clubhouse, 1099 Mountain Villa Dr., Enumclaw, on the lower level.  We will be making more crumb blocks, continuing on from the Feb. workshop, using the leftover scraps from the quilt show.  This will also be a salad potluck.  During lunch, Mary S. will have a presentation and slide show on Barb Sherrill, fabric designer and quilter.  Come for the whole day, or for just part of the day.  You can also bring your own project to work on, volunteer to sort scraps, to iron or square up blocks or . . . just come to learn/watch and egg us on to use up those scraps and finish some quilts!  Please bring your usual sewing kit, including fabric scissors, and your machine, if you want to sew.
